Improve Android lib API

9f749061 Improve Android lib API:

  • rename OnionmasqHelper to Onionmasq (main lib API), rename former Onionmasq to OnionmasqJni, which should only be used internally now.
  • Reduce necessary arguments and calls to initialize/start/stop onionmasq.

build on top of !49 (merged), which needs to be merged before this one can be reviewed
