Continue sorting Tor tickets

In #5 (closed) we started sorting through the colossal backlog that was "Tor: unspecified". There is more work to do, though.

When we started, there were nearly 2000 tickets. After the triage, we were left with only now 1088 tickets in Tor. Of these, 88 were Problem tickets

Of the remaining tickets:

We ought to go through these categories one by one, and see how we can cut them down to size and/or schedule them to actually get addressed.

Some proposed things that we could do:

  • Go through Project Ideas and:
    • Close the ones we wouldn't actually want somebody to do.
    • Close the ones that are so vague as to be impossible, if any.
    • Identify ones that should be set aside for funding proposals, and bring them to the attention of the grantwriting team.
  • Go through Technical Debt and:
    • ... I really have no idea with these.
  • Go through the ones labeled ~Proposal Ideas and:
    • Summarize them in one or more meta-proposal, sorted by category.
    • Identify ones that should be set aside for funding proposals, and bring them to the attention of the grantwriting team.
