rend_service_intro_has_opened(): Unrecognized service ID aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa on introduction circuit

Running 0.1.0.12.

We have been seeing warning messages like Jul 31 13:02:31.800 [warn] rend_service_intro_has_opened(): Unrecognized service ID aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa on introduction circuit 17132

for quite a long time.

This his how to actually trigger this:

Start a tor client and let it build its circuits etc. Then edit its configuration to add a new hidden service. Now HUP the client.

This will trigger said error message on the authoritative dirservers.

Works at least on my own small toy tor network :)
