DownloadExtraInfo doesn't fetch any extra infos on bridge clients

I wonder if the bridge needs to set one or more of these options:

DirCache 1
DownloadExtraInfo 1
FetchUselessDescriptors 1

changed milestone to %Tor: unspecified in legacy/trac

added component::core tor/tor in Legacy / Trac extrainfo in Legacy / Trac maybe-not-worth-fixing in Legacy / Trac milestone::Tor: unspecified in Legacy / Trac needs-analysis in Legacy / Trac priority::medium in Legacy / Trac severity::normal in Legacy / Trac status::new in Legacy / Trac tor-bridge in Legacy / Trac type::defect in Legacy / Trac labels

It's also possible this behavior is happening because the bridge itself isn't fetching extrainfos. (I don't know if that's the default or not, but it's a bit weird for bridges to actually do that.)
