tor is to slow...
it is like a week ago i have notice my tor is too slow... i can not connect to any website... it will give u is running but after a long time nothing will come out... my tor bandwidth is to low : sent 0 to 8 , recv 0 to 10...
it was not like that before...
note : i am using vidalia bundle latest one...
