Remove AUTHORS sections from manual pages

Inspired by #40148 (closed) from @arma .

The authors section is discouraged by man-pages(7); our authors section is very much out of date, since it only lists me and Roger, and uses non-tor affiliated email for us.

I suggest that we remove the AUTHORS section from the manpages distributed with tor.
