Make Tor ignore SSL certificate signed status if it is for .onion domain

Could you make TOR ignore the status of signature if it is for onion domain? I have tried signed it with the private key of onion domain but TOR is ignoring and warning about it. What is the point of warning when the transport protocol is safe?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
