pathbias_count_use_success() logs unhashed fingerprint twice
In the notice log of a Tor client connected to the public bridge toralf4elster I got:
Aug 27 14:41:54.000 [notice] pathbias_count_use_success(): Bug: Unexpectedly high use successes counts (23.000000/1.000000) for guard $<snip> ($<snip>) (on Tor 0.4.8.0-alpha-dev 982c50401c5e9bde)

Aug 27 21:48:38.000 [notice] pathbias_count_use_success(): Bug: Unexpectedly high use successes counts (27.000000/5.000000) for guard $<snip> ($<snip>) (on Tor 0.4.8.0-alpha-dev 982c50401c5e9bde)
where <snip> was always the (unhashed) fingerprint itself. This is IMO a waste of space -or- the hashed fingerprint was meant ?
