NETINFO log line truncates canonical_addr
On Tor 0.4.7.10 (recommended) Relay, the Got good NETINFO cell loglines
appear to randomly truncate the canonical_addr ports

Doesn't seem this is intended?
Notice that the shorter the IP address is, the more port digits fit into.
