Bugfix 40236

Accurately show when lzma and zstd automatically detected and used by configure script.

Fixes #40236 (closed), with Changes file.

Tested with make check, make changes-check and make distcheck, ldd shows expected behaviour of --enable and --disable flags.

This seems suspiciously complicated to me. Why not just print the value of have_ variables?

That works just as well (well better since then only lines 2813 and 2816 need to be changed).

I'll start testing that.
