Reworded OpenSSL bug 7712 detection warning to avoid OpenSSL 1.1.1b detection false positive.

We're testing an analogous patch in alpha 12.5a3 to see if this is what's triggering the false positive.

Potentially fixes #40759 (closed) (will let you know later this week/early next week if it works).
