Add support for PT STATUS TYPE=version messages.

These patches adds support for handling the version status message.

@meskio, can you please give this a spin sooner rather than later to see if it behaves correctly? Particularly around the extra-info fields that we now add to bridges. Note that it is possible for one bridge to have multiple transports for a single proxy and thus multiple lines can occour in descriptor (just like with the transport xxx:yyy line :-)
