Issue #9105: Make heartbeat messages describe hibernation consistently

I am hoping to close issue #9105. Basically, when coming out of hibernation, Heartbeat messages would reset the uptime to 0 but not reset the transferred GB, thus being inconsistent. I have fixed this by making the messages more verbose.

The new message includes data about uptime since both last hibernation and since initial launch. It does the same for transferred GB.
