pt-spec: Forbid that a PT is called "Bridge"

When put into C Tor torrc, a bridge line needs a Bridge keyword at the start.

I'm informed that Tor Browser will remove an initial bridge from a bridge line. Apparently but not every tool will do this; I'm told orbot won't.

We should legitimise this user affordance. In any case, we couldn't ever sensibly have a PT called bridge.
