UCSD blocking Tor relay addresses on its border
To go with #90: we have a new relay at UCSD, as part of the EFF university campaign (yay), but this relay is only reachable by six of the nine directory authorities.
I sent them some debugging and diagnosis scripts that I used/made in the #90 investigations, and the initial state seems to be that 289 relay IP addresses are filtered at their border.
The security profs there are working to find the right people to talk to, and hopefully they will be able to resolve it.
One early open question from my side: what is the pattern in these IP addresses? Are they mostly exit relays like in #90 -- because having three dir auths included makes me think no it is a different explanation.
