Estimate how many circuits should be created to cover all the network

When creating circuits, some restrictions are applied, as not using a guard as exit or not using relays in the same family (#33 (closed)).

It'd be great to estimate how many circuits should be built to cover all the network. This could be printed when it calculates the possible combinations.

It'd be even better to estimate how long it would take knowing how long it takes to create x circuits in a certain computer with a certain configuration. This could be printed after calculating the number of circuit combinations or in the wiki.
