Missing bandwidth files every hour

It looks like collector is only publishing/collecting Bandwidth Files for 2 bwauths every hour (https://collector.torproject.org/recent/relay-descriptors/bandwidths/), at least since the 28th January.

I looked the last tar archive (https://collector.torproject.org/archive/relay-descriptors/bandwidths/bandwidths-2022-01.tar.xz) and it also seems to be the case from the 18th January.

It seems like the only Bandwidth Files are the ones published around minutes ~35 (bastet) and ~28 (gabelmoo)

I think the bwauths are still publishing their Bandwidth files.
