Parse onionperf analysis and tgen logs

We aren't currently parsing onionperf analysis and tgen logs and we might want to add those to our database too.

I wonder at the same time if we should plan for a way/schedule to archive onionperf data or we should keep these in the DB. Currently we are keeping aggregated onionperf data and archiving logs in metrics-store.torproject.org.
