Move router status logic and family building to the RouterStatusBuilder

Move router status logic and family building to the RouterStatusBuilder and RouterFamilyBuilder classes.

Move DB operations to the RouterStatusStore class.

Create an implementation class for the RouterStatus object.

Closes #53 (closed) and #72 (closed)
