Add support for the blocklist param in the bridge poll assignment from bridgedb. See:

The change is tested in the NodeDetailsStatusUpdater via the testBridgePoolAssignments() test. Said this, the test only verify that no functionality is lost. It was not possible to test completely that the blocklist parameter is add to the relay. I guess this will have to happen on a test instance.
