Missing bandwidth data on the website

We are missing bandwidth data for some days on https://metrics.torproject.org/bandwidth.html

It seems like we are missing some days in the database. I'd say something is happening on https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/network-health/metrics/website/-/blob/master/src/main/java/org/torproject/metrics/stats/bwhist/RelayDescriptorDatabaseImporter.java#L436

I have added a crontab to send an email whenever this exception is triggered so we can find out why this is happening or, if it is a memory issue, we could try to run again the update script.
