Miscellaneous Relay Search UX improvements

This merge request is for a number of miscellaneous improvements to Relay Search.

Changes are:

  • Add new bridge distribution methods
  • Display timestamp and onionoo version when no results are returned. Resolves relay-search#27138 (closed)
  • Add a tooltip when DirPort is 0 stating that the port is no longer advertised. Resolves relay-search#40013 (closed)
  • Bug fix not showing image for NoEdConsensus flag
  • Show full country name on bridge blocklist instead of country code
    • For example, displays "Blocked in: Russia" instead of "Blocklist: ru".
  • Fix Top Relays to actually be sorted by Consensus Weight
    • We used to sort by Advertised Bandwidth but we request Consensus Weight from onionoo and the page title says "by Consensus Weight". The Top Relays table now correctly sorts by Consensus Weight and users can still click on the table headings to sort by other values.
