update scanner.country's comment for sbws.example.ini

by applying this merge request we:

• update the comment related to "[scanner].country" on sbws.example.ini;
• change country's default value to AA;
  • SN was set before;
  • according to ISO-3166, it refers to Senegal.

doc-update-scanner-country came from upstream/main, but later got rebased into upstream/m13
