pastly requested to merge pastly/sbws:ff into master

This set of comments pulls FlashFlow into the sbws codebase.

It depends on the latest stem + a few patches. Setup.py knows how to pull it from https://gitlab.torproject.org/pastly/stem/-/tree/flashflow

It depends on a custom little-t tor. You gotta build it and tell sbws where it is. https://gitlab.torproject.org/pastly/tor/-/tree/ff-v2

There's plenty to do still. Corners cut. Docs not moved over from my flashflow repo. But here it is. Let's start looking at it.
