Support for the CleanInsights JS SDK

Task

• Support for the CleanInsights JS SDK, as an alternative to the Matomo script.
• Try to make it upload metrics right away. Not possible right now.
• Update Sponsor 145 deployments accordingly. No need, since they'll still use the Matomo script.
• Document about it's support and limitations.

Caveat: partial support

The CleanInsights JS SDK currently won't work for landing pages, as it won't allow us to send the metrics right away when the user visits the page (right now it does this only later on, like in the visit a user does in the next day, which may be unlikely to happen in the Onion Launchpad use case).

This is explained here:

for landing pages and other sites which normally aren't visited multiple times, the CleanInsights AutoTracker isn't useful.

So the CleanInsights won't do much right now, but it can be used whenever it starts supporting instant submission of metrics.
