Feat: include a databag repository if available (#27)

Silvio Rhatto requested to merge rhatto/onion-launchpad:feature/databags into main

If LEKTOR_DATABAG_REPOSITORY_URL, then the databags folder is replaced by a remote Git repository.

This allows for custom configuration, such as the upcoming localization support for logos.
