Fix(l10n): full string translations when a subset of languages is used (#38)

Attempts to fix #38 by not removing alternatives at onion-launchpad.lektorproject during the pre-build phase, but instead by limiting the available languages in the selection menu.

Minor changes are also included in the pre-build phase to reduce the changes made into onion-launchpad.lektorproject during the compilation procedure.
