Fix Pipeline failures on GitLab CI when using the lektor_service_name plugin

  • Fix Pipeline failures on GitLab CI when using the lektor_service_name plugin (#53 (closed)).
  • Adds a gitlab-ci-test.yml for testing/debugging purposes on external GitLab instances.
  • Includes (commented) procedures in the build to clean the Lektor cache an reinstall it's plugins.

Closes #53 (closed).
