Rename/rebrand the EOTK fork?

Tasks

• Discuss whether this fork should be renamed or rebranded.
• If so, determine the new name.
• If so, proceed doing the rename (replace strings in the scripts, configs and docs etc):
  • Rename the GitLab project.
  • Rename the script.
  • Symlink the script to keep the old name available.
  • Rename EOTK uppercase, then all lowercase occurences in the docs.
  • Then try to do the same in configs, templates and scripts.
  • Assume regressions might happen, and inform users to report problems.
  • Update the ChangeLog, reporting this as a breaking change.
• If so, test the software to ensure the rename won´t add bugs.
• In any case, the original upstream project should get credit.
• Add the software in the list of maintained products.
