I noticed that the link to the "Official bug-tracker for Tor" in the "Contributions" section of the Wiki page is not working. The text mentions that the bug-tracker is now on GitLab, but the link is either missing or broken. Here are the details:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Tor Project Wiki page: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/team/-/wikis/home

2. Scroll to the "Contributions" section.

3. Click on the "Official bug-tracker for Tor" link: http://eweiibe6tdjsdprb4px6rqrzzcsi22m4koia44kc5pcjr7nec2rlxyad.onion/tpo

Observe that the link does not work.

Expected Behavior: The link should redirect to the official bug-tracker for Tor, which is now hosted on GitLab.

Actual Behavior: The link is broken.
