Show GitlabAccountRequest fields in admin list

juga requested to merge juga/anon_ticket:lobby_issue20 into master

and allow to edit the moderator comment, reviewer status and rejection reason in this view. This was gitlab-lobby#20 (moved). gitlab-lobby!10 isn't applicable to anon_ticket.
