Added URL resolution tests

MariaV requested to merge new_tests_from_tutorial into master

Added URL resolution tests for all URL paths.

Also tweaked a few features, including:

  • tweaking the pretty_iso string
  • tweaked notes about tests in readme.MD
  • removed 'issue' from issue title in issue-detail view
