Expanded Project Detail View (#7)

Changed the project detail view from a simple

to a table with more information so that it more closely mirrors Gitlab, including issue number, milestones, labels, opened date, assignee, creator, opened vs closed status.

Issues now populate in separate tables for open and closed issues.
