publish a stable-backports image

in the base image container registry, i see we have bullseye, bullseye-backports, and bookworm. (oddly, I don't see stable or whatever, but that seems to work too?

i'd like to have bookworm-backports please, as i need markdownlint for the wiki-replica CI.
