Remove now-stale puppet-report metrics file (team#41875)

lelutin requested to merge 41875_cleanup_puppet_report_metrics into master

The puppet report exporter creates one file per puppet node and does not do any cleanup. If we don't remove this, the metrics stay behind and we have a permanent alert for the retired host's puppet catalog being "stale".
