Assemble kaniko debug image for use in Gitlab CI

We want to play with kaniko in our Gitlab CI to be able to build docker images (see: #89 (closed) and #90 (closed)). We should assemble the debug image we need ourselves in a reproducible build process.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
