Getting ticket comment related mail from Gitlab fails for selected tickets

I got the feeling that I missed notification mails from Gitlab for tickets I should get them from. I took me a while to pin down some actual tickets where I encounter this but I found at least one. It's https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/network-health/bad-relay-reports/-/issues/624. The last mail I have in my inbox is one for https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/network-health/bad-relay-reports/-/issues/624#note_3165198. I did not get any other comment sent to my inbox afterwards.

I both get Gitlab notification mails from other projects and other issues in the bad-relay-reports project.
