In today's IRC discussions, we started wondering if the name 'runbook'
might be a bit strange for us: everywhere in our documentation we're
currently talking about "Pager Playbooks" so the name 'playbook' sounds
more natural and in-context with our current documentation/jargon

The one thing I'm wondering is whether this change will make karma not
display the URL in the annotation as a link anymore. We'll see what
happens.
