Add telegram bridges bot metrics

meskio requested to merge meskio/prometheus-alerts:telegram_bridges into main

I have created a telegram bot to distribute bridges. For now is hosted in my own server. It does produce prometheus metrics and will be nice to be able to plot them in our grafana.

How do you feel about adding them? See that it requiers modifying the prometheus.yaml file.
