relay: Move relay-01 move exporter port to 9101

David Goulet requested to merge dgoulet/prometheus-alerts:relay-01-node-port into main

Reason for this is because the 9100 is used by the exporter itself which is directly accessed by prometheus.torproject.org but we need prometheus2.torproject.org to access it over HTTPS and thus the use of 9101 as a proxy port.
