change btcpayserver contact at luanode

@hiro setup a node for btcpayserver at luanode. we still need to figure out what we do with this (#33750 (closed)), but in the meantime we should change the email contact on the account so that other admins (and not hiro) receive notifications about maintenance issues and accounting on that service.
