Disable Annoyance Element "#ai-panels/Gitlab Duo Agent Chat" at Gitlab instance

Steps to reproduce

Open any gitlab issue page, including this one.

What is the current bug behavior?

There is a useless #ai-panels(Gitlab Duo Agent Chat) at the right of my screen with no access to any features, just occupy my already tiny screen.

What is the expected correct behavior?

This annoyance persistent sidebar should be hidden from user, unless it is actually working.

When did this start?

I noticed this on Feb 23, 2026, I don't know if was there before.

This might be related to a recent Gitlab version update.

Personally I am not against LLM or computational intelligence, it is just this specific sidebar do not connect to any enabled features.
