RT: Add mention of the complete software name to make it easier to search authored by lelutin's avatar lelutin 
searching for "rt" in a page written in english is always bound to yield
a bunch of results. That makes it hard to search for the
RT-as-in-Request-Tracker service. With the longer name we can now search
for "tracker" instead.
