add missing TPA repositories to triage-ops

Those were detected and fixed with:

fab gitlab.validate-triage-ops --triage-ops-dir=~/src/tor/triage-ops --fix

... although the entries with subdirectories are currently not supported and were fixed by hand.

That code is available in fabric-tasks itself.
