Combine SQL and PQL examples for exported resources

Also, update the PQL to better match the SQL one so that it looks more
like something we'd poke at for our own infrastructure. I've added the
condition for only outputting exported resources since the results can
be doubled when they are collected, where the second occurrence has
"exported = false".
