The instructions were saying to sync them, but they were actually out
of sync already.

This was already in the home page, but not prominent. Makes sense to
have it in the main sidebar, and since those are in sync...

This was discussed over voice with gaba, the idea is to be able to
progressively grant new sysadmins access so that they first find their
way around the services and servers. Then, as we build trust, they get
full access, hopefully in a short timeframe.

The colon there looked weird, and the phrasing wasn't ideal. I reused
the title of the other document as well.

remove duplicated content, replacing it for link to the main doc.

Assuming this new person is the sysadmin-web developer, this page has to reflect where in Tor web dev work they should be. This is a start.

I keep looking for it in howto/ldap and not finding it. this should
help at least a little.

I didn't move the doc/accounts documentation here because I'm not sure
yet I want to operate this migration, see also tpo/tpa/team#40129

Stumbled upon this in

This is a nice to have, but it's definitely something we're still
interested in helping people with.
