This proposal amends TPA-RFC-6 to retrofit the odd naming convention of the Ganeti clusters. The rationale here is that we're not going through the pain of renaming all those clusters. It also needs to document the convention we've informally adopted for the VPN/rescue host (team#41058 (closed)).
