i agree with that idea, in general, but i've taken the liberty of giving this a first review anyways, since i couldn't resist looking at your estimates.

in general, it looks good, but i think we could spread this around a little more. i wonder if we should have a "worst case scenario" that bleeds into 2026, in particular.
