This makes the `net1` network unable to access the public
network. This was probably working before just because all the switch
ports were in the same VLAN. We *thought* `net0` wasn't working, but
that's probably a relic of past failures that were unrelated with
the (current) switch configuration.

lavamind seems to have been able to reach the public network on net0
on dal-node-02 so let's just call it as is and move on.
