Drop mullvad-browser 13.5 files

Resolves tpo/applications/mullvad-browser#359 (closed).

First, we perform a final sync by combining the content from:

browser/browser/aboutDialogMullvad.ftl
browser/browser/mullvad-browser/aboutMullvadBrowser.ftl
browser/browser/mullvad-browser/preferences.ftl
toolkit/toolkit/about/aboutRightsMullvad.ftl
toolkit/toolkit/about/aboutTelemetryMullvad.ftl

for each locale into mullvad-browser.ftl. This only changed nb-NO/toolkit/toolkit/global/mullvad-browser.ftl.

Then we remove all these files for all locales.

Crowdin will now need to update mullvad-browser.ftl instead of the previous files.
